The company was founded over ten years ago, driven by the determination to bring new equipment, technology, and repeatedly tested fresh beer formulas back to Taiwan after traveling through Europe. It was a story that began through a fortunate encounter…

While studying in France, I visited Germany multiple times and once, in a wine tavern, was immediately captivated by the gold and bronze brewing equipment behind the bar, which looked like a work of art. I spoke with the staff and learned that it was a fresh draft beer system, created out of respect for the local beer culture and a focus on freshness. I thought to myself, doesn't Taiwan also place great importance on beer culture? That evening, while chatting with friends, the idea of founding a company emerged, along with discussions about the cultural value present in every region.

With the support of many experienced professionals and societal resources, the results of years of preparation were about to come to fruition when the global environment forced everything to slow down and pause. In 2020, I stayed behind, and my hometown brought even more opportunities. Through the geographical connection of Keelung, Ruifang, Jiufen, and Jinguashi, I met Professor Li Guojia. I was deeply moved and resonated with a passage from his book, which led to our acquaintance:

During the years of stagnation caused by the pandemic, with the help of government resources, we initiated a new chapter in promoting the arts of Taiwanese culture!

In the dreams of beer enthusiasts, there’s one piece of equipment that is sure to catch everyone’s eye: our company’s 3°C Fresh Beer Storage Keg System—an innovative product that allows fresh beer to flow out like water from a tap, providing a unique drinking experience for every customer who walks through our doors!

However, with the onset of the pandemic, convenience stores could no longer serve as a platform to showcase our beer, forcing us to slow down this service. But where does beer culture come from? Closer to Taiwanese customs, re chao (stir-fry) restaurants became our strongest support during this time, and our beer remained in the game.

Although we are no longer offering this service in convenience stores, the essence of our fresh draft beer and beer refrigeration equipment has not changed. We are still committed to delivering high-quality beer to every enthusiast. Now, our beer kegs have found their way into more family gatherings, bringing endless joy and surprise to family dinners and friends' get-togethers.
